Cozumel \u0026 Tulum: The *Ultimate* Caribbean Escape!The cenotes are definitely the main diving attraction in Tulum, but it won't be a problem to find ocean dives for a day or two. Cozumel offers scuba diving all year round but most tourists visit during the December to April period. Definitely Cozumel for the reef. Tulum diving is just cenotes and not great for getting certified. It's easy to visit both if you have time.
